If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, Please request an RMA at dakena@bluespringconsulting.net to have your order returned. Food and Water products can not be returned to be sold by law. If the food/water products are damaged we will replace them but a refund will not be issued for the food/water products if the customer would like to return a survival kit. For all non-defective returns- Food/water products will not be refunded. Products must be returned in same re-sellable condition for a full refund. Shipping charges both ways will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns without an RMA or refused returns. 10% restocking on non-defective returns.
